Designed to meet international standards, this development of high end villas and apartment buildings is situated within an 18 hole golf resort. 
The project comprises of 206 premium villas and 1200 upmarket apartments (in six building groupings) with interiors created by WMZI.

The apartment buildings are of a simple design, with each group of buildings displaying a strong character to promote their own sense of place and identity within the development. All apartments have extensive views over the golf course and the villas. 
Designed so that each lift core services three apartments per floor, the buildings are accessed via spacious lobbies at ground level. The lobbies in turn form part of a ground level community fabric that includes a function hall, convenience shops, gyms and childcare facilities to serve the apartment owners. Carparking is mainly in basement levels below the apartment building footprints.
