Foodtown Auckland City

Location: Quay Street, Auckland City.
Completed: June 2004

Located on the old Oriental Markets site, this was one of the first buildings built during the regeneration of the eastern downtown/Quay Park zone. Its external design includes a high degree of articulation with the adjoining streetscape, whilst its transparent street-facing facades still manage to strongly define the street edge.
